The Jung Society's 1995-96 program year draws to its conclusion. Three major goals have been accomplished during this year. The Society found a space for the library, and the library has regularly scheduled open hours. A list of potential new members is being formed for a fall membership drive; this list supports the Board's goal to increase membership by 50%. An increase in membership will also provide an increase in the Society's savings, another board goal. A development committee has been formed to implement our goals and to address the financial and program needs of the organization.
Hats off to retiring volunteers for outstanding service. One of these volunteers was our program chair, Paul Fedorowicz. Paul spent many hours developing themes for programs and contacting speakers. The success of the programs these last two years reflect Paul's efforts.
Pat Prinz worked behind the scenes as hospitality chair. She scheduled helpers who arranged refreshments for each event and took care of all of the details that go with the job of hospitality.
Marti Lyttle served as recording secretary for the last two years. Marti was always thorough and prompt about writing and sending the board minutes to its members. She often was the quiet voice who brought order and calm to our board meetings.
We are extremely grateful to each of these volunteers for their contributions and for making 1994 to 1996 two enjoyable years.
